There was traffic and construction around the airport but that’s normal. Hotel and staff was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a really comfy bed.

This hotel is well maintained. Shower and bath are are updated. Much better than than a similar airport hotel we stayed at The staff was friendly. We were allowed to check in early without extra charge. Music to my ears coming from an exhausted traveler who just had a long flight from the other side of the globe

We had a late flight into LAX, the hotel shuttle was a life saver, loved the hotel itself, and we walked just a short distance to the bus stop for Santa Monica. 10/10

AC was intermittent, bathroom faucet was loose, light in the kitchen didn’t work, smell of weed was everywhere outside the hotel. Dinner at the restaurant was average.

Stayed here for 1 night. The staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. The front of the property is not accessible, so checking in with all our luggage through the parking garage wasn’t ideal, but not a huge problem. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of foods to choose from. Better than most continental breakfasts. Rooms were comfortable and included a fridge, freezer, and stove. We were close to the car rental return which was within walking distance. This hotel offers a shuttle which was very easy to catch and a very short ride over to the airport. Would stay again.

Perfect for LAX and surrounding area.
Hotel was great and perfect location for LAX, although we did use it as a base for exploring Los Angeles. Complementary Breakfast buffet was very welcome although it did remind us of feeding time at the Zoo. :-) Anyone would think the world was ending! Only one small criticism, the Bed was to soft for us, but apart from that, all was great. Note to future guests regarding dropping off your luggage. Drive into the Car park, have credit card ready to get through the barriers, unload your baggage and check in. We then received a 40 minute grace period to put our cases in our room and then take the car back to the rental Lot. Rooftop pool was just superb.

We used this hotel because of its proximity to LAX. It was convenient and had a really good price. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect additions for for our granddaughter. The restaurant was wonderful. The food was cooked to perfection.
