It is a beautiful property with walkable distance to US Consulate. Front desk staff is totally incompetent and everywhere. They cannot handle the guests in order and only two people are dealing with everything, check-in, check-out, room service, dining. Wait time is bad, somewhere from 40-50 minutes for everything.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at this place was exceptional! The proximity to the consulate made it incredibly convenient, just a short walk or drive away. During our 3-night stay, we were impressed by the continuous refill of water bottles and the impeccable room service. The dining experience at Zega was delightful, especially the lamb chops, Massam curry, and the Cohito cocktail. The spa's stone massage service was truly rejuvenating, and the well-maintained pool provided a refreshing retreat. Breakfast for three days and a lunch at the Feast at Sheraton showcased a fantastic array of Indian and international options, ensuring a satisfying culinary experience throughout our stay. I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff are so kind and attentive. They learn quickly what you like and out do themselves with bringing you what you like. They are very kind and genuine. The food was really delicious and safe. They have high standards. The water is purified to ISO standard and left in glass bottles in your room every day. I was concerned about getting India belly, however, at the Hyderabad Sheraton, we realized we were safe and could eat the raw fruit and anything. We discovered Dosas… so delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Tiny cockroaches in the room, beds and washroom, laundries exchanged with other guests, poor service at the breakfast place - often one table is allocated to multiple people.
