Perfect location on the beach

We were a little worried about our stay after seeing some negative reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Staff were excellent in all areas. Staff who cleaned the rooms were excellent, we couldn’t fault them! We had half board and although we ate out most evenings, the food was very good, plenty of choice and continuously filled up. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Staff in the restaurant worked really hard. We stayed in the apartments which had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. I agree they’re looking a little tired, in need of decorating but we did go at the end of August so near the end of a very busy season. We had to speak to reception on a couple of occasions but everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Gala on reception for all her help! Much appreciated! Would definitely return and would recommend the apartments if you want more room and prefer it a little quieter. The hotel rooms are very small, we have stayed in both previously so knew what to expect!

Amazing Birthday stay in a great hotel

We were supposed to stay at the Aluasun Miami Apartments but in the end our whole group was moved to the Hotel so this review is for the Hotel. The staff was super helpful, nice and patient with us. we were a group of 12 and kept arriving one after another. not at the same time. it was always busy at the reception and the staff worked really hard and still managed to smile and answer our questions. the hotel is absolutely beautiful. recently renovated. we had a sea view. food and amenities are excellent. every night some program.during the day also plenty to do.even the cleaning ladies are very friendly. they say very politely good morning or afternoon to you and help with everything they can. hotel is right next to the beach. it was my bday and we enjoyed every moment of it. i 100% recommend this place. i cant think of anything we disliked.

Family oriented

I got to the hotel early but the checkin was not open until 3pm. It was confusing that checkin was not at the apartment but at the hotel section. I wish the front desk of the apartment would have something written there for those who have never been there before. They gave me the keys a little after checkin time since the room was not yet ready... once I received the key and went to the apartment nothing was cleaned yet! It took another hour for that to get started, thankfully we were able to leave our belongings in the room to start enjoying our vacation. Other than the checkin process, everything was wonderful. Great staff, beautiful location, good food choices nearby. We had to take taxis to a lot of the location we wanted to go to, but this town was also nice enough to just relax. Very family friendly. Overall, I wouldn't mind coming back.

Struttura alberghiera alquanto squallida e dozzinale, foto pubblicate non corrispondenti alla reale condizione e non all'altezza dei prezzi richiesti. Alloggio assegnato in una palazzina vicino al corpo centrale vecchia e fatiscente. Ascensore non funzionante (camera assegnata 4°piano) odori nauseabondi e impressioni di trovarsi in un riformatorio o penitenziario. La suite vista mare che avevamo pagato aveva la porta d'ingresso difettosa, difficile da aprire, l'aria condizionata, preistorica,non funzionante, mobilio vecchio e rovinato ma soprattutto un'aria irrespirabile a causa della muffa presente nella camera da letto incompatibile con una permanenza anche solo di pochi minuti. Per disperazione abbiamo dovuto dormire nel divano letto, non rifatto, vicino all'unica portafinestra dove entrava un po'd'aria. L'indomani, abbiamo chiesto subito un trasferimento ma a parte un'altra stanza al piano terra nello stesso stabile, disastrosa come l'altra e senza vista mare, non c'erano altre camere libere. I responsabili dell'hotel tra cui una certa Sandra, nonostante la nostra insistenza, non si sono mai presentati facendoci parlare solo con un imbarazzato ragazzo della reception. Indignati, abbiamo chiesto un rimborso dei giorni restanti e abbiamo prenotato un last minute con un'imprevista aggiunta di 500 euro in un'altro hotel elegante, pulito, confortevole e sopratutto profumato. Struttura sconsigliassissima a tutti, soprattutto per noi italiani.
