Fabulous villa close to Ibiza Town. A perfect oasis.
Lovely week spent in this villa which is close to amenities yet tucked away. Couldn’t fault the villa or the owner, who was very helpful when needed. We had a fabulous time and would stay there again.

Great Villa…..Perfect Location
We have been coming to Ibiza for over 20 years and this time around we stayed at this lovely villa with our best friends 😊 We thought the location was perfect, close enough to walk into Playa d’en Bossa but far enough out that the noise etc does not impact your stay. The pool is wonderful and not too cold, the villa itself was perfect for us and what we needed. Great communication and assistance also before and during our stay. Amazing memories made and would definitely stay here again 👍 Thank you

Fantastically equipped villa in a great location with a superb host
Our stay at Pablo's villa in Ibiza was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate condition and cleanliness of the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, providing all the comforts and amenities one could need. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. It was a great size, perfect for lounging, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful Ibiza weather. Pablo, our host, was excellent. He was attentive, responsive, and went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. The location of the villa is ideal. It's just a few minutes walk to the sea, which made our beach outings incredibly convenient. Additionally, the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the island. I would highly recommend Pablo's villa to anyone planning a visit to Ibiza. It is perfect for groups of 5-6 people, offering ample space and a wonderful atmosphere.

Accommodation was great for our stay. Has everything you need and in walking distance from restaurants and the old town. Although close to some nightclubs the villa is quiet Parking is possible outside the villa free of charge

Wondering place to explore Ibiza. Water taxi to Ibiza town a 5 min walk away. Pool was so refreshing. Nights were quiet. The clubs east to get to. Lots of space and excellent sleeping for 6 adults.

Great house in a great location
We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. It is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped to fully meet our needs. The inside space is large and the outside garden is perfectly landscaped with beautiful plants making it and the pool very private. We liked spending time on the terrace dining and lounge areas. The house was in a great location for us; walking distance to shops, the boat into the city centre and a taxi rank. Although close to the centre of Playa d'en Bossa the house is very tranquil. We would definitely stay here again if our group size is 5/6.

Great location for families with young adults.
The villa is perfect for a family of 6 with young adults who go to clubs. Short distance to most of the clubs, which is great since the clubbers come back between 5 and 7 am…, ibiza old town is 10 mins away driving and the beach is a block away but the nicer part starts at about 15 mins walk away. We really liked the Playa Soleil beach club. We really enjoyed staying at Pablo’s villa.

Lovely villa.
We have just had a great stay. Well equipped convenient villa with a lovely pool. Had everything we need. Literally cannot fault it. But dark inside. But just put the lamps on. Walking distance to the boat trips and boat taxis. We came without a car, so you just get the odd taxi. We walked into the old town. Thank you Pablo for a perfect stay.

Amazing Villa
We stayed here in September with our children (in their 20s) and their partners. Really well equipped, spacious villa with beautiful gardens and great sized pool. Location was great for the younger family members as they could walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals for 6. There was also a first aid kit which was a welcome find. Bedrooms are large with lots of storage and coat hangers. Aircon very nice. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved straight away by Pablo. I would totally recommend this villa!

Excellent Accommodation
Had an wonderful holiday in sunny Ibiza, with this villa being in a perfect location. Our older teenagers could easily walk to the nightlife which has no impact on the Villa location and is in a quiet area. Very short walk to beach and available boat trips (visit on the sea bus to Old Town a must). Villa itself has all amenities and has a perfect layout. The pool and outside area is well designed and comfortable with an amazing size pool. Added bonus of pool towels provided which was a lovely extra touch. We stayed for 12 nights, and pool was cleaned twice and the Villa halfway through our stay. Would love to visit here again.

Lovely villa in Playa D’en Bossa
The villa was situated well for clubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The villa was nice. Lovely outside space. There was building work going on nearby that we weren’t made aware of. It didn’t spoil our time at the villa but would have been nice to know. The beds are quite hard but you do get used to them. The kitchen is small but has most things. Only we found was there were either pint glasses or wine glasses. No medium size tumblers for drinks. The other thing that was disappointing was we arrived after midnight and no welcome pack at all. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. That would have been a nice touch considering how much the villa costs to rent. Luckily shops nearby were open. Overall it is a lovely old property with a great outside space.

Fabulous villa!
We had an amazing holiday here. The villa was perfect and had everything we could need and ask for. The outside area really makes it even more fabulous as we spent many hours in the pool, which was much needed as the weather was so hot. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops and water taxi to Ibiza Town. A special thank you to the owner’s mother - she’ll know why! We hope to return one day. Stayed 11-18th June 2022

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa, we had 2 under 2 with us and villa had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of space for outdoor dining. Great pool, with shallow end which was great for small ones. Really loved our stay.

Location of the property is good: 2 min walk to restaurants and a long beach, approx 15 min walk to Ibiza town, and easy location for parking and driving around Ibiza. The pool is non-heated (but believe this tends to be normal in the Mediterranean area), so except for my daughter we all found it a bit to cold. The outside area is beautiful and lovely for a bbq. The property is quite dark, and could do with further and brighter lights. The property could have done with some further cleaning: 1) cups and plates quite dirty and had to be washed before using, generally a bit dusty and the bed sheets smelt in some instances of old damp. The property generally needs a bit of TLC. Whilst we were there, we had a day of heavy rain and the water came through the bathroom ceiling. The fan in the kitchen came off due to the rain (electric wiring looked slightly dangerous) and a shelf fell off, so one felt a bit worried to touch anything. The washing machine didn’t work either and some of the frying pans had no handles etc. Overall, we had a lovely stay and Ibiza was a wonderful place at the end of October. Sadly we wouldn’t book the property again though.

WE GOT ROBBED
The house is very nice . We would have had a great holiday if we were not robbed . As we arrived we left our luggage and went to buy some food. It turned out later that the cleaners left the window opened in the bathroom and thats how the robber got into the house. My son's bag with all his clothes, our sunglasses and laptop were gone. The owner refused to take any responsibility for that.

Good facilities in general , clean , convenient location and a very nice swimming pool which well maintained along with the garden. However, very poor WiFi and lack of Uk Satellite tv which usually expected for a renewal property of this standing .
