The Finca with more than 3,500 m2 finca with vineyard is surrounded by canary pines on a hill, offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic and the coast. On the property are 2 separate holiday homes, which share only the car park and are built so that for both houses the privacy is guaranteed. El Lagar ,the 40 square meter bungalow, is facing the coast and has a very nice terrace with view to the wine yards and forest, which provide for many relaxed and quiet hours in the outdoor area. The separated grill area on the front terrace is also for exclusive use of the bungalow. The bungalow is an open space with a dining area with a large window to the sea, a new and fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed and an area for ralaxing and reading. The bathroom is separate and has a shower. The hole Bungalow has been recently renovated and is nice and cozy decorated and provided with electric heaters. The finca at the edge of the forest is a independent holiday destination for those who are looking for peace and quiet, who are looking for a relaxing holiday. Hiking lovers can start directly from the finca, as there are different routes in the direct surroundings. Also the Cueva del Viento, the longest volcanic cave in Europe, is only 3 km away. For beach lovers, Playa San Marcos is only a 15-minute drive away. The village center of Icod de los Vinos with his famous millennium dragon tree is only 2 km away. There is also an ample selection of bars, restaurants and shopping. El Lagar is ideal for individual tourists.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Sehr ruhig und eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Der Feldweg der zur Finca führt ist sehr holperig uneben und steinig,Zur Anreise empfehle ich ein Militärfahrzeug.

Wunderschöne 630 Meter über dem Meer
Das Haus besteht aus einem Raum, einem kleinen Bad und einer kleinen Veranda (auf der meerabgewandten Seite zur Zufahrt hin) und grenzt an ein größeres zweites vermietetes Objekt, mit dem zusammen es in eine bewirtschaftete Obst- und Wein-Gartenanlage eingebettet ist. Aus dem Fenster geht der Blick von Herd und Bett bis weit in die Ferne zum Atlantik und bergab zum Nachbargrundstück, von dem man zuweilen den Hahn rufen hört. Der Weg von der Stadt hinauf verlangt gute Kondition, denn er ist außerordentlich steil - was auch beim Autofahren gereifte Fähigkeiten und gefestigte Nerven erfordert. Am Berg bei 20 oder 25 Prozent Steigung zurückzusetzen und auzuweichen sollte man unbedingt beherrschen, die Zufahrt erfordert Konzentration. Hat man sie geschafft, kann man ein Landidyll genießen, auf Zitronenbäume schauen und direkt aus der Tür lange und einsame Wanderungen beginnen. Mit dem Auto ist man von hier aus auch nach ein bis eineinhalb Stunden am Teide mit seinen vielen Trails, im Teno-Gebirge oder im Anaga-Nationalpark. Friedlicher als hier kann es nicht sein (die Nachbarn waren in meinem Fall diskret). In kühleren Monaten braucht man im Haus aber recht warme Pullover, sonst wird man frieren. Tenerifa abseits des Massentourismus. Einfach und schön. Dankeschön.

Studio Icod de los vinos
Séjour du 29 mars au 5 avril La maison se trouve sur les hauteurs de Icod de los vinos, pas facile à trouver, nous avions demandés les coordonnées GPS il nous a été transmis un itinéraire ce qui n'a pas été facile pour trouver la maison. Il faut avoir une bonne voiture car les rues sont étroites avec des pentes à fort pourcentage pour arriver à la maison La maison ne dispose pas d"une chambre comme mentionné dans l'annonce , il s'agit d'un studio :chambre, cuisine et salon ne forme qu'une seule pièce, un portant pour suspendre quelques affaires. Une étagère à casiers pour ranger le reste. La douche a une pression très faible avec une température inconstante. Cette petite maison ne dispose d'aucune ventilation il faut dormir la fenêtre ouverte sinon vous vous reveillerez avec les murs couverts de condensation. La maison est implantée sur un terrain cultivé, des jardiniers viennent y travailler tous les jours. Il y a une belle vue et c'est très calme. La description de la maison ne correspond pas au studio que nous avons occupé.

Wundervoll!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf der Finca. Sie war wunderschön gelegen (auch wenn etwas abseits und daher ein Auto nötig). Von dort sind Wanderungen in die Umgebung möglich. Die ruhigen Abende auf der Finca sind toll! Jetzt im Frühjahr ist es allerdings ratsam etwas dickere Kleidung für die Abende einzupacken, auch wenn die Unterkunft ausreichend mit Decken ausgestattet ist. Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort hat sich ebenfalls wundervoll gekümmert.
