We look forward to you!

The house is about 200 years old and we completed it as a holiday home. We tried to maintain the typical Canarian style. The detached house offers you privacy and is located in a sleepy village at an altitude of about 600 m. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace with a view of the Teide, the valley and the sea. This quiet place is ideal if you want to explore the island in all directions. You will soon be in the forest or just a few minutes by car to the beach. The holiday home consists of a spacious room and has a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, which is separate from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. We attach great importance to beautiful and high-quality bed linen, and our mattresses are replaced regularly. For the warmer days you have a fan at your disposal, for the cooler days a wool blanket and a heater. Individuality is very important to us. Therefore we offer you the option of choosing whether you would like two single beds or a double bed. You also have the choice of choosing between a red wine, a white wine or a beer before you arrive. We will be happy to provide you with this drink, along with a bottle of water, in your holiday home. If you arrive late or on a Sunday or public holiday, we can also do your shopping so that you have the essentials on site. Even if you have other wishes, we will try to accommodate them. Don't be afraid to tell us your individual needs. We want you to feel comfortable with us, right from the start. After all, it is your holiday and we look forward to seeing you.

Kurzurlaub zu Jahresbeginn
Karin ist eine äußerst nette Vermieterin, Kontakt schon vor der Ankunft super. Bei Fragen, egal zu was, prompte Antwort. Die Unterkunft super für 2Personen, nur mit dem Parken muss man etwas Glück haben. Der Weg dorthin etwas abenteuerlich aber Dank guter Beschreibung letztendlich kein Problem. Die zwei wohlerzogenen Hunde supersüß. Und auch das Wetter war für diese Jahreszeit bilderbuchmäßig. Für die Lage am Berg aber auch warme Bekleidung zu dieser Jahreszeit nötig. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Karin, wir werden gerne an unseren Aufenthalt in La Vega/Casa Madera denken. Anke und Günter

Wirklich sehr schön.
Kleines und v.a. ruhiges Domizil in den Bergen. Hübsch eingerichtetes Ein-Raum-Appartement mit Kochgelegenheit, Dusche und Terrasse. Perfekt zum Chillen sowie als Base, um von dort die Insel zu erkunden. Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Soweit die Beschreibung, die es eigentlich für jede Ferienwohnung geben sollte. Hier gibt es aber noch eine Besonderheit: Die deutschen Eigentümer sind mehr als nur Vermieter, sie interessieren bzw. kümmern sich, fragen nach ob alles passt, geben Tipps … das war wirklich besonders und ausgesprochen nett! Wie bei Freunden
Schon direkt nach der Buchung einen ganz tollen Kontakt mit Karin gehabt, der bis nach der Abreise nicht abriss. Uns wurden in jeder Hinsicht tolle Tipps für unsere Reise gegeben. Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben und war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Erholung abseits des Tourismus
Wir haben diese Unterkunft ganz bewusst gewählt, weil sie sich nicht in den Touristenhochburgen befindet - diese Entscheidung haben wir nicht bereut. Das kleine Häuschen befindet sich in einem Dorf in den Bergen oberhalb von Icod de los Vinos. Statt Animation wird man von Hühnern, einem Esel oder den zwei freundlichen Hunden unterhalten. Als Ausgangspunkt für abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen und Unternehmungen ist die Lage prima - wir empfehlen einen Leihwagen! Aufgrund der Lage kühlt es in den Abendstunden mit den aufziehenden Passatwolken angenehm ab, tagsüber kann man die Sonne auf der Terasse genießen. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht: durch eine gemütliche Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und einem kleinen Saugroboter lässt es sich dort gut leben. Karin und Frank sind hervoragende Vermieter und sehr nette Menschen. Unkompliziertheit, Hilfsbereitschaft und einfache Kommunikationswege ließen uns uns sehr willkommen fühlen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Teneriffa auch in Corona-Zeiten! Viele Grüße von Leonie und Steffi

Sehr schöne "Wohlfühl-Oase" in den Bergen
Wir haben unsere 10 Tage Urlaub auf Teneriffa hier in dieser Finca sehr genossen. Die Casa ist sehr liebevoll, stilvoll und authentisch gestaltet und auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit eigener Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer und zum Teide. In diesem Bergdörfchen lebt man fernab vom Tourismus. Man hört allerhöchstens mal den Hahn krähen...
