We rented this room because your website said there was a spa tub. I cancelled one reservation almost $100 cheaper than this one simply because of the hot tub. When the staff explained that’s only for us coming there they didn’t offer a discount or solution of any kind. This was my first time staying at the Hilton in 15 years. Very unimpressed. Our first room was not even clean. We had to load our things up and go down to the front desk to ask for another room. Hair on the rim of the toilet and what looked like black pepper specs in one bed.

Convenient location. We felt safe and secure during our stay. Hotel was clean and well kept. The highlight of our stay was our interaction with our host Logan during breakfast.
