The room was very clean but looking from the outside it did not look clean or safe. The nights were very loud with people walking in and out of rooms. Our toilet also started randomly running in the night and did not stop.

The Bedding was nice and clean and the furniture was newer. However the room itself needs major upgrades. The water pressure was horrible if someone else was using the shower in another room my water would go cold . If people walk by you can hear everything. The floor was dirty . I took my shoes off and my feet got super dirty.

We stayed for one night in Quality Inn which is next to comfort inn. We had two rooms. Our rooms were really dirty! Floor was not mopped. Sink was not clean. Bathtub has mold spot. Bathroom door was all warped due to dampness. I don't recommend this hotel. Location of this hotel is only good thing.

Nice location.
The hotel was serviceable at best. The hotel is pretty run down. Its in a beautiful area near the river. The breakfast was a typical hotel free breakfast. Highlight was the waffles. Hotel room bathtub did not drain properly so a shower turned into wading in the tub. My shoes and socks came out dirtier on the bottom from the hotel room than walking around outside. I slept OK but not planning on returning to this hotel.

Ok stay.
Stay was fine. Building signage confusing, two buildings, two different hotel chains and both are labeled Quality Inn, blamed on city not giving crane approval to change the sign. Lobby closed on Comfort Inn building for remodel. No hot water pressure at sink, but bath tub had pressure, reported at checkout. TV service issues, my room sound didn’t match the video on any channels. Otherwise fine and clean.

The property is currently a bit rundown. Window lock and door locks were broken. Luckily we were on the second floor. The pool is totally falling apart, cracking/chipping and going pond green as the filter wasn’t running. The lobby was shut down due to renovation so we had to go to a next door hotel to check in. Only positive highlight was the location as you’re literally right across the road from the falls.

Our first room was disgusting and had not been cleaned at all and the toilet was clogged and filled with fecal matter when we arrived. When we got moved to a different room there was dead bugs on one of the sheets but was slightly cleaner. I have never been to a more disgusting hotel room(s) in my life.

Room was noisy. We were able to hear every movement of the guests in the room above us. We came 45 minutes before they closed breakfast to the breakfast room and lots items in the shelves already were run out. Staff did not care to refill them.

-We woke up to ants all over the floor. -There was a 2 inch gap on the one side of the door. -The door would not close easy, we had to lean agaist to latch. -The bathroom toilet was dirty inside. -The room floor had dead flies all over. -Make sure to clarify which part of the hotel your room is. (You want the round building)

Not so quality
Quality of room was mediocre at best. A tour bus with many, very loud guests arrived at ~3:30am and tried to come into my room. Not much in the way of noise proofing.
