Excellent front desk service from Juan and the owners. Place is beautiful but distance from Taxco is more than published. Approximately 21 miles. took me 50 minutes to arrive.

My family and I stayed at the Rinconada Hotel twice last week and both times the service was more than we could ask for. The hotel itself is beautiful, ample and clean. I am so grateful for this wonderful experience and for all the employees at the Hotel, especially Krisna who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We will definitely be coming back to stay at the Rinconada Hotel.

El hotel es bonito... lastima que hay mucho ruido. Afuera de mi habitación estaba la alberca y una familia no se iba y estuvo hasta las 12 con carcajadas y hablando muy fuerte....y no me dejaban dormir!!!! Mucho ruido en todo el hotel!!

El hotel es agradable sin embargo mucho ruido durante la noche. No tiene restaurante y el qué recomiendan: la vaca negra muy caro y fea comida. El aguante de la alberca algo sucia. Sino tienes alguna suscripción a Netflix o algo así no puedes ver la TV. La persona que atiende es muy amable.
