Faço questão de reclamar. Local muito diferente das imagens. Quarto sujo, com aranha, traças, piso ensebado, toalhas suja, manchadas, parece hotel de muito baixa qualidade. Quarto claro, sem proteção contra insetos. Buffet sem mta diversidade, apresuntado, sem boa estrutura, com torradeira quebrada, suja, café frio, e serviço de Buffet ruim. Piscina pequena, caminho onde passam os carros é ruim. A praia onde se localiza o hotel é péssima, precisa ir pra outra praia ver uma qualidade melhor. O valor do hotel não paga o que ele vale. Péssimo!!

O espaço externo é mto lindo, com uma piscina enorme e bastante verde. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. O que deixou a desejar foi o quarto júnior da casa de pedra. Apesar de ter um estilo rústico, achei os móveis velhos e, mesmo limpo, com aparência de encardido. Uma das tomadas ao lado da cama não funcionava e a outra era de pinos achatados. Falta mta manutenção!!

Viajei com a família e reservei três quartos. Embora os funcionários sejam atenciosos, houve um sério problema que não conseguiram resolver. Em todos os dias em que tomávamos banho, o disjuntor desligava, ficando o banho frio durante o uso do chuveiro. Isso ocorreu nos três chalés em que estávamos hospedados. O problema foi apontado no primeiro dia da estadia, mas persistiu nos demais, sempre com promessa de qua, no dia seguinte, estaria resolvido. Em um dos dias, a chave desligou quatro vezes. Para ajudar, os chalés não possuem interfone para a recepção, razão pela qual ainda era necessário sair do quarto e ir até aquele local para pedir que um funcionário fosse até o quadro de luz religar o disjuntor, enquanto a pessoa que estava no banho tinha que aguardar. Além disso, o rejunte da pia do banheiro do meu quarto estava com falhas e percebi que larvas de pernilongo ou mosca estavam se reproduzindo no local, pois ali acumulava água.

Muito boa a experiência. Quarto meio esquisito mas bem limpo! Tv à cabo mas meio confusa. Sem acesso ao celular e à internet nos quartos. Roupas de cama e banho sempre limpas e cheirosas. Café da manhã bem justo e variado. Bom custo benefício.
