Illo is an excellent place to see, however, accommodation in in the town centre is limited. You'll definitely have more success finding a place to stay at any of the 9 suitable options within 10 kilometres.

The Breakfast at Tiffany's and 500th Hotel are your best options if you'd like to stay near the main streets.

For more options, look at the Hotel Hyundai Mokpo and the F1 Hotel. They are located 16 kilometres and 12 kilometres respectively from the main center. If those two aren't the best fit, you can try the Hotel New Evergreen or the Fontana Beach Hotel.
