Amazing retreat in the wilderness
Very clean and laid back place with an amazing view. It is in the wilderness but we have all the modern day comforts. There is very little light pollution and we just stared at the sky for the stars.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Korpikartano. The room and bathrooms were both pretty small but you have to take into account the buildingā€™s history as it used to be a boarding school. One thing I will say is the activities and meals were pretty over priced m. 29 Euro per person for dinner each night was a bit ridiculous considering what it was. The hotel is located quite a way from the nearest town so unless you have your own transport, you donā€™t have a choice but to eat dinner at the hotel. It is a lovely peaceful area where the hotel is situated, right on the lake and in the woods. Overall we had a nice stay.
