It was difficult scheduling uber/eats & kakao services because the terminal 1&2 for the airport is in the gps placement for the hotel. The drivers would not read the customers instructions until they were at the terminal to pick you up or droppff your order.

This is a very nice facility, however you must exit out of the airport. It is NOT in Terminal 2. This is misleading. It took us over 90 minutes to re-enter and get to our gate the following morning.

The only reason to stay at any airport hotel is convenience for early or late flights. But if you need a hotel near Incheon Airport, especially T2, this is an excellent choice. Friendly staff, comfortable room, very good breakfast, free shuttle service to airport, and for late-night hunger, there is even a convenience store in the lobby where you can buy ramen and other snacks.

If you are getting in late to Incheon or have an early morning flight out and don’t want to have to navigate to and from Seoul immediately, this is a great landing spot. The added bonus? It’s the free shuttle that runs between the hotel and Incheon terminals one and two.
