Eating not heating with Eskimos
The hotel was very good and the staff very helpful. The only crticism that i have is that the restaraunt was more suited to eating if you were in the North Pole as the heating system has been down for a couple of days and the weather up here is already freezing and so were the guests who ate in the restaraunt.

Very friendly staff and lovely place to relax! Specify if you want a view, my first time there and had a wall to look at but the grounds were beautiful so I could forgive them 🤣 would definitely go back ❤️

Nice hotel, would stay again
Really lovely building and new areas nicely done. Pool was great and staff friendly. The only thing that let it down was quality of the food, it was fine but not great. I also got surprise cheese in my omlette (a lot of it!) which i had not asked for which doesnt boost confidence if dealing with intolerances or allergies. But would stay again, its a great location for accessing edinburgh.

Friendly staff (front desk folks are wonderful), nice and clean rooms, quick bus ride from the heart of the city. Would highly recommend especially if you will be staying with children because of the nice pool.

Stayed here many times before. Paying this price for a room you do expect a decent room. Room was very dated. We ate in the restaurant it was really good but freezing we shifted tables but still cold. The young lady at the restaurant desk was lovely closing the curtains which did help.
