Newly renovated townhome is part of a small complex located right in Indialantic. The townhome offers a balcony with seats facing the ocean as well as patio downstairs opening up to the courtyard. The heated swimming pool allows for year round swimming and a refreshing break from the beach. The attached garage is oversized allowing for your beach gear to be stored and easy in and out of your car. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze whether you are making a holiday meal or morning coffee. Great Alternative to our normal Gulf side stay
The unit is very spacious and well maintained. Having a garage is a huge plus! The pool area is very nice and the beach was close! Wish there was an in unit washer and dryer, but the laundry area was very clean and way to access.

Ocean property
This was a great spot for vacation. Wake up with coffee and a view or walk right down to the ocean. We took a morning walk every day. The pool was nice to cool off in and little to no people were in it. Loved the garage and the place was very comfortable. Would stay here again!
