This property is showing its age and probably needs a good going over. Pool was closed apparently for some time as it had scum on the top of the water. Tile had mildew in the bathroom. Room smelled musty. Limited options for breakfast, ran out of coffee and no one was attending the dining area. One redeeming item is you could keep the air conditioner fan running constantly (which I appreciate in hotels).

Unfortunately the property was filthy. The rooms smelled musty and moldy. They were not well kept. We ended up leaving 15 minutes after we checked in. They refused to refund any portion of the money we spent. They also would not acknowledge our concerns.

Pool was closed, the whole area was dirty, the veneer on the headboard was peeling away from the particle board. Breakfast was available though. Check in was easy and the evening staff was friendly and courteous. Checking out the next morning I met a very rude gentleman at the desk who told me to go get someone else who then told me that I could just leave my room key on the desk and go without any issues. Thank you nice lady, not sure why the frowning grunting guy couldn’t just have said that instead of acting like I ruined his whole day by walking up to the front desk.

I did not get the group rate and paid more per night than the others. Then the clerk automatically added a HUGe dollar deposit causing a scam charge on my card. This was flagged as possible scam and locked my card. All I could do was pay them all of my available cash. The pool was closed. The entrance to the parking does not have a curb cut and the high threshold is not safe for motorcycles without swinging way out to get a straight approach. Never again!!!

Lots of grime in the bathroom. Pieces of food under the beds. Mattresses very uncomfortable. However, staff were helpful and polite.

Don’t go here
I can not recommend this hotel, nothing was working including the pool and the side entry key pad. I tried to check out at 7:00am and there wasn’t anyone around, no drop box for my key cards and I like to get a printed receipt. I waited and rang the bell but know one ever showed up. The building was in need a of a paint job and the landscaping was a disaster.
