I really wanted to like this place but a couple things were a disappointment. #1 we very quickly noticed that these are NOT soundproof walls, as advertised. We could clearly hear little feet running around on the floor above us as well as people going up and down the hall and in the room next door. Also #2 though the gym looks great, the treadmill was broken. I had planned to run a 5k on the treadmill the morning of check-out but every time you would get it up to speed, it would slow right back down to a 0.5mph crawl again. Sonesta looks like a nice place and the breakfast was good, but these couple things were irritating.

The hotel is not welcoming. Messy and dirty. The shower did not work, lights did not work in the room, bathroom sink was cracked. Generally a very poor facility.

The place was very clean, great staff. It stops there. Our room had over foot long cracks in not only over the shower, but in the shower walls. Wallpaper was coming off the wall from ceiling to floor in the corner, curtains had first sized holes in them, wall paper over the bed started to peel, large stains on the wall, etc. We took pictures of all this. Really want a refund.

Very comfortable stay. It took me three granddaughters there for the weekend just for the pool. Perfect! Size room was nice and tidy. It was very spacious. I was surprised it had a little micro kitchen in it with microwave, sink, coffee maker and a small refrigerator. Made it even better. Awesome breakfast!

Didn’t know what to expect since I haven’t heard of this hotel brand before but I will always search for this hotel when I travel. Upgraded carpets , furniture and other amenities throughout the hotel. The staff was all friendly. Each hotel associate I encountered greeted me with a “ hello” and a smile. Property is immaculate outside and well kept. Take your chances on this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Nice huge Jacuzzi room
I would stay there again. We got the jacuzzi room. It was big in size. Yo I can fit 2 king size beds and a couch in the room. Very nice room. Only thing I would say was a downer was each night we were there someone was smoking a huge amount of weed and it was all in my room. We stayed for 2 nights and each night after 12 is when I smelled it. Of course it’s not the property fault because they are not the ones doing it. Just so happen there are people that’s feels they should do that anywhere. It’s their business. I just think they should be mindful of others. Nice breakfast and nice ladies serving it and they kept things clean.
