This property is in an excellent neighborhood, and close to great restaurants. The house was perfect for our family especially with the 4th bedroom. The ping pong table in the garage was a fun activity we enjoyed. The home was very clean; everything worked well. We recommend!

Senior ladies get away
We have used this property 2 times. For older ladies, the one level with no steps is wonderful as well as four bedrooms so each of us can have our own sleeping space. The open area of living room and kitchen allows all of us to be together while doing various things.

Perfect family gathering place.
We met family members here to see the eclipse. It was so perfect. Plenty of space for all of us including our fur baby. It was nice to have all the bedrooms on one floor with only one short step into the house. Great for mobility impaired ones in our group. Easy check in and communication with owner.

Great Place to stay!
Very close to the Ruoff music center, we Ubered to the concert & walked back...about a 15 minute walk, but there is a semi-lighted (could have been better lit) sidewalk almost the entire way. We had a large group walking back so felt very safe, but wouldnt have wanted to walk alone for sure. Very nice place to stay.

Visiting Family Over Thanksgiving
This was our second stay at the property on Tiki Trail. Both of our visits have been very pleasant. It is a quiet neighborhood which is nicely situated near Hamilton Town Center (HTC) shopping. We met our family at one of the restaurants at HTC and it was delicious. I was even able to get in a couple of runs thanks to all the sidewalks and walking paths nearby. Since we visited during Thanksgiving I had to make some holiday dishes to take over to our family. I must say I did quite well using what I found in the kitchen. Both dishes turned out great! When I had a question about how to access one of the streaming services Adam the host was very helpful. The home is very clean, comfortable, and right next to Ruoff Music Center (RMC). We made sure to see the Magic of Lights at RMC! They were beautiful!! Based on our experience we give the Tiki Trail property a five star rating!

Great for Ruoff
This property is pretty close to Ruoff. Worked well for adults to stay close to Fishers IN. 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa (no one wanted that bed) The house is located in a housing addition close to other homes which was not an issue for us, ping pong and corn hole is in the garage/gym area. The bathrooms are nice especially the master. Most beds were firm style of mattress. The green comforter bed felt a bit more pillow top. Overall, good location and house was as expected. Homeowner very responsive and allowed us to check in a little early. We were not far from top golf, great restaurants, ikea and Ruoff.

We couldn’t have been happier. Worked out in the morning and had ping pong matches at night. The house was well stocked and comfortable. My bed was excellent. Easy care for the dogs with the fenced in yard.

My friends and I stayed here as we had a concert at Ruoff, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The home was spectacular- very clean, organized, spacious, and modern. Adam was extremely responsive and very kind. We were able to walk to the concert venue with no problem. We have already recommended this to numerous friends and family and we will definitely look to book again!
