The first room toilet did not work. Staff put us in another room right away. For incidentals my card was charged twice after staff told me it was declined the first time. Sure hope both charges come off. Room smelled of smoke. Bed was comfortable

We got there and I.coukd not understand a word that the clerk said. He also put $100 extra charge on my credit card for a room deposit. Who knows if that will be refunded. The room was big but the rug stained. All else was clean. This room was 320 and was noisy with eerie sounds of trains allnight, not whistles, but cars being lined up and squeeling brakes. Weird sounds. Breakfast was so so but the morning clerk was friendly and kept the place clean. The pool was out of service.

The room was ok, it served our needs for a long weekend stay. The staff were friendly. We were surprised to have no maid service at all for a three night stay. We found the included breakfast was uninspired but adequate, except for the coffee that was very weak.
