The Manager would not return my Questions and refused to talk talk to exoedia .fire door at end of hall was broken.at 6pm check my room was not ready. As they were cleaning all the rooms from night before.could not enter my room to 7pm. Manager refused to talk to me. Said my bill from Expedia was not paid. Parking lot had 50 signs..saying management not responsible for Damage. Both Manager and Expedia a big fail

Pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the bed and pillows. Bathroom was updated nicely.The price was good considering the proximity to downtown Indianapolis. The hallway carpet and elevator could use some updating, but over all pleased.

Our 1st room smelled smoky. The 2nd room had mold on the shower curtain, the tub drained really slowly, the mirrors were smeary, and the paint on the wall was marked up.
