Clean and friendly
The staff was very friendly and were blown away by the cleanliness of the room. I always come in with my disinfectant wipes and go through the whole room and all of my wipes were clean after I used them.

Great CS, in need of repairs
Cons first: Hotel needs repairs and a renovation. Repairs that have been made are a mess and not done appropriately (huge gouges in our wall with patches slapped on and just painted over without sanding or craftmanship, hole in ceiling over pool, patches in bottom of pool that resembled a spill instead of using a lathe to spread smoothly. Looked like a toddler is attempted to fix things there. Do not drink the tap water, it made us sick for several hours after drinking from the tap. Same at any restaurant in area, bring your own bottled water. The continental breakfast was gross, just no! Room window was toward parking lot, very noisy at night even though away from street. The Pros: Hotel staff were excellent and friendly, some of the best staff ever. The room was comfortable and the entire place was spotless. Probably one of the cleaniest hotels I have been in.

Nice, Clean place to stay.
We enjoyed our stay at this nice and Clean hotel. Clean room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Great location with plenty of good restaurants close by. The only negative I would say is that the breakfast they offer is a little subpar but its free so you can't complain about it. The other thing is that you have to beware of the parking lot as you enter. Big curbs going in and a huge "dip" where the drainage is. Be careful if you're on a motorcycle or in a low sports car. Overall, I highly recommend this nice, Clean hotel.

Nice and quiet area. Can hear people walking/stomping above you if you're on the ground floor. Beds were hard as rock. Multiple bugs were found on the floor and walls. WiFi was okay, not the greatest. Couldn't get any streaming through the TV, pretty much stuck with the channels available. Overall I liked it here even with all the complaints, improvements could be made

Unfortunate Experience
We were on the top floor (3rd) and at 8am workers were scrapping the roof off. It was incredibly loud. My vehicle was parked in front of the hotel and the scraps from the roof landed on my car and around it. Someone came to our room at 10:35a to ask for my car to be moved after they had already started removing the tar paper. We fire. Travel to Indy for events and games and like the Greenwood/ Southport area but will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

We booked for two days and in the morning there was loud noise.I went to the help desk and they said roofing service is going on.We couldn't sleep and they had no idea they had someone staying she said they thought everyone there for one night. There were cookies box open sitting in our room from last guest.
