The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great, lots of protein options to get us started on the day. The pool was nice, the staff was pleasant and friendly.

Nice hotel
Room was chilly. Thermostat was set at 70 degrees and you could not set it higher! Temperature was in the single digits the first night of our stay. Other than that room was very clean and very roomy. The beds were excellent. Did not want to get out of them. Front desk lady was very helpful and professional.

The side door entrance was not secure all night. No card needed for entry and exit. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and quiet. When we went to check out in the morning, no one was at the desk for a good 10 minutes. So we left a note.

I have stayed at this hotel every year for the past five years. The hotel underwent a complete renovation within the past two years and is very nice. My room was very nice, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was accommodating with every request I made. The breakfast service was also good. I can’t find anything to criticize this hotel for. I visit family every year in Carmel and the location is perfect for me. Less than a mile from my family’s home. I can’t stay with them because they have cats and I am allergic to them. So, I intend to continue staying at this hotel in the future.
