TS Concert Stay!
We are from Mpls, MN and stayed for 1 night for the Taylor Swift Concert. As chaotic as it was, everyone, from valet, front desk, and Angela at morning breakfast was amazing and helpful. Room was beautiful and clean and I will definitely be back and recommend!!! Thank you all for making it a great stay!

It’s a great location. The front desk staff were not nearly as friendly as past stays. I requested a higher floor room specifically because of the better views. We were changed to a room on the 4th floor with zero view, it was of a wall, room 423. Definitely a lesser experience than our previous stays.

Great place to stay for an Indiana Fever game!
We had a great stay. The room was a great size and the hotel was in a wonderful location, very close to the Indiana Fever game. Two downsides, the room smelled like smoke when we walked in, but staff did quickly address it by giving us an area freshner. I also wish they would have offered a breakfast.

Loved the location of the hotel, how spacious the rooms were, and the many amenities. The only downside for me personally was the parking situation. It is $50 per day for in and out valet service there is no other parking options unless you choose a parking garage nearby.

Very clean and spacious but…
Room was very spacious and clean. Our room location was quiet as well, no street noise at all (saw a review where someone was complaining about that). Breakfast had a pretty good selection as well, a little something for everyone. There’s also free cups of ice water in the lobby which was nice. BUT, the beds were terribly uncomfortable, we didn’t get much sleep because of this. Another let down was the shower, water pressure is not good. This would be an awesome room if the beds get replaced, a different shower head, and a curved shower curtain rod.

This is a very nice hotel in a horrible location! Located in the heart of party central! The hotel is completely surrounded by nothing but noisy bars, homeless people, and cars speeding down the street performing burn outs! In fairness, this behavior only occurs on the weekend evenings. Beware, you will hear the cars and music throughout the entire hotel at night. 9p till they're tired of partying!

It was very beautiful, the structure and the high ceiling and the location, but I didn't like that we really didn't have a parking spot, we had to pay for parking, but other than that I like the idea we could walk to restaurants and different activities and stores, over all it was really nice.
