Very nice people, and helpful. Clean & Comfortable beds. Only wish there would have been coffee available in Lobby or even fresh coffee to purchase. Coffee Packets in hotel rooms (at all hotels) are not very good.

The room was clean but the TV did not work due to snow. The evening front desk staff weren't as helpful as the morning staff. The bed was comfortable and the shower was pleasant.

They put us in a single king bed with no sofa bed and said that what i order but they will see what they can do cause they are booked up, after 10-15 they found a Released room. It’s wasn’t what i order and paid. Not sure if that was 3rd party or theirs, they instead it was the website i used. Around midnight when we came back from our show we found the sofa bed had two huge stains and the king size bed had holes and lumps all over it. I informed them and they said they can’t refund it cause it would go to the website but me. They also charged me $34 extra for the room, after they said they wouldn’t for the sofa bed I already paid for on the website.

Stayed here to attended the Fluffy show across the street. Room was nice and everyone was friendly. Although i am waiting to see if my credit card is reversed for parking since my husband paid for it with a different card. Overall an excellent stay.

We were supposed to check in at 3:00, we showed up at 2:50 checked in and they said it wasn’t ready and asked for my phone number to tell me when it was ready we waited in the lobby for 30 mins I walked up to the desk and talked to another person and the room had been ready. Everything was very clean and nice. Just got a little irritated with the room situation

This is our favorite hotel by far in downtown Indy! The beds are SO comfy. Checkout isn’t till 12 which is great when you want to sleep in. The pier 48 restaurant has the best cocktails and oysters. Just love it!

It was a cool room set up and perfect location! Staff was sooo friendly, but this may have been the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You could head ever door open/close in the next room and every single voice outside. Even so, next time I’d probably stay there again and bring a noise machine, though it would be nice if they were already in the room.

We had a great stay. In town for the Jelly Roll concert and this hotel was right across the street. Room was clean and the beds were comfy. Some people have complained of noise but we didn't hear any in room 1010.
