Overall it was a great stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beginning to get wear and tear that I would like to see fixed. Great hotel and location, but overall impression was less exciting than the last time I stayed. Will stay again, just hopeful they pay close attention to details.

The Hyatt was extremely clean and quiet. We were only about 4 blocks from our event. The downtown was surprisingly clean. A lot of the stores in the mall were closed. Lot of places to eat. Enjoyed our stay. We will go back.

We were on the 19th floor. The room overall was fine but the A/C didn't keep the room cool. It was very warm, so much so that it was hard to sleep. And several of the wall plug ins didn't work.

The Hyatt was very nice and relaxing. We got to know the friendly and hospitable staff who were always polite and helpful. Very close to the Convention Center, as well as the Lukas Oil Stadium. There’s a great diner close by named the Pancake House. But, the hotel restaurant and bar was good, too. The Eagles Nest 360 rotating restaurant was beautiful.
