Room was clean and hotel felt very safe. However our toilet in our bathroom was broken and there was a sign taped to it with specific instructions on how to operate since it was broken. This felt a little unprofessional but didn’t hinder our experience too much. Breakfast had a good selection and the breakfast attendant was very sweet and helpful. Overall a decent stay.

We checked in, went to our room. It was too warm and stuffy. I assumed it was a conservation measure. Tried to turn AC cooler, unit was broken. Tried using room phone to call front desk, it was non-operational. Padded down to front desk to report. He made a call to a service person. Apparently they couldn't get there soon. Transferred us to another room. AC worked, not phone. Shower curtain rod was pulled loose which made the shower curtain gravitate to the center of the rod. Of course the sides of the shower were open to let out splashes of water. Floor was dirty (appeared clean, but) I walked around in my socks and they nearly turned black on the bottom. But worst of all was that now 2 days later, the security deposit has still not been returned to my account.

Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Room wasn’t cleaned once. Towels were replenished each day but there was no making of the bed, vacuuming, or cleaning of the vanity or shower recess. I made a complaint on the last day and was told I should have said something earlier. This is something that should been an automatic service for the cost of the hotel. Apart from this, the bed was very comfortable. Jody at breakfast was very lovely and hospitable.

The room had never been vacuum . The front desk staff was mot their at check in at 6:;30 at night I was told I had to wait. The breakfast staff was rude an ripped a spoon out of my hand and informed me that it was her area but it was in the open buffet next to all the food.

Breakfast was really good plus the lady that serves it was wonderful! We stayed twice on our road trip. 1st time wasn’t charged a $100 deposit but was the second time. Didn’t get that deposit back.
