Best hotel view in the city, with easy access to any amenity that you might need. Service is fast and thoughtful, rooms were spotless. Concierge was kind and quick to answer every question. Nowhere we'd rather stay when we visit Indy.

Parking in the hotel’s garage was a challenge. It took over 30 mins to find a spot. We had prepaid so going elsewhere was not an option. After parking, we headed to our room and our key card would not work. It turns out the front desk clerk had given us the wrong room number.

There was blood on my husband's pillow case that did not belong to us! Gross. Self-parking is $55 additional and they did comp that fee for our unclean room conditions. I personally do not think it should cost that much to park at their hotel when you have a room.

5* hotel. Immaculate views with massive floor to ceiling windows. Top floor is defintely a must see. Staff excellent. Clean and gorgeous. Amazing italian restaurant in lobby as well. Will always stay here!

We would totally stay here again. The ideal location for Indians games. Sunsets over the river side of the hotel were better than city view, in our opinion:)
