The staff here is phenomenal! 2nd shift guys were checked us in quickly and always had a smile and greeting every time we saw them. This goes for days and midnight staff as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Did not have any issue finding parking even coming in late each night We/Th/Fr/Sat. My only complaint is that the breakfast offerings were limited. They had tough biscuits and gravy everyday, a pancake machine that made fair at best cakes as the only hot offerings. I would've liked a day of eggs & bacon or sausage. I loved the access to I-465 and that it was only about 10 minutes to Lucas Oil Stadium. Great hotel if you don't mind a short drive to downtown. I highly recommend staying here!

The airport shuttle was helpful getting us to and from the airport. Easy check in less than 2 minutes and just as easy to check out. Safe, efficient and exactly what we needed for this last minute trip.

A Bit Disappointed
Disappointed that this hotel is far from downtown venues. Shuttle rides to the downtown area are not included. Shuttle rides to and from the airport are included. This hotel does not sell any toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other necessities if forgotten. Had to purchase and walk to the grocery store and cross a busy intersection. Popular restaurants are far away and had to order delivery for meals. No room service or restaurants are located in this hotel. The fitness room closes early at 8:00 pm and we were unable to utilize. The laundry room closes early too at 8:00 pm. Unable to use any of the features at this hotel except the airport shuttle. Close to the freeway ramp and there are no places to explore nearby this hotel. Hotel representatives offer no suggestions for out-of-town travelers for entertainment or exploring the city and surrounding area. Used Uber to travel and see the sites in the area. Will stay at another hotel for the next family or business trip in the Indianapolis area.

Really a great place. Clean, convenient, and competitively priced. Just a short (inexpensive) drive (Uber) to downtown Indy/Lucas Oil stadium. Beds and bathrooms were clean -but carpet needs updated/new flooring would be more sanitary/ideal. TV was small and off in a corner on top of closet. We didn’t watch it. But it’s a microtel - so really it’s fantastic for what it is-just not worth the price ($475/night while Taylor Swift was in town) but I’m sure the regular price is worth it esp with a decent hot breakfast. Staff is fantastic and friendly and welcoming. Secured lobby
