I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites and had a great experience overall! The hotel is consistently nice and clean, which is always a top priority for me. It’s also very kid-friendly, making it a great choice for families. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—absolutely delicious! I made sure to wake up early every morning just to grab some food. The kids also loved the pool, though the chlorine was quite strong. It left our eyes burning a bit, and unfortunately, my toddler ended up with pink eye. Hopefully, that’s something the hotel can address because everything else was perfect. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, which made it even more enjoyable. While the market items are a bit pricey, it’s not a dealbreaker given the overall quality of the experience. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel with great service and amenities, SpringHill Suites is a fantastic option—just be mindful of the pool’s chlorine levels.

The 2 different people I dealt with at check-in were both very pleasant and professional. However, I asked for a text when our room was ready since that was an option and we were already in town. We never got a text until 7 mins after we were already in the room after 4:30. The room and grounds were well kept and clean. The mattress was not the most comfortable. But the room was quiet. The room layout was nice. Breakfast in the morning was disappointing, the bacon and sausage patties were both raw. The orange juice machine was out, the hot water was out and the gravy was gone. All were not replenished until we were cleaning our table. There was only one woman working breakfast, it definitely is a job for 2 people. Check out was also easy. The location is great and parking was nice.

Quiet and nice.
Very friendly staff. Nikki at front desk was amazing at check-in. Everything was clean. Breakfast was hot a and lovely as well. Close to IU medical and Riley's children's hospital. Quiet place to rest for families here with sick family in nearby hospitals.

We stay for 4 nights… first night walk into our room with out knocking, had to ask for conditioner, 2nd night after they cleaned it had to ask for more conditioner and towels, 3 day more toilet paper. Nice hotel but service of the room not so much. Breakfast during the week was very week and breakfast on weekend was good but to late for us who had to be someone where by 8
