This property is in a nice part of metro Indy. It is an older property. They have bugs. There was a roach in my room. I called Orbitz to complain. They put me in a new room. The new room had bugs too!! Such a bad experience.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and provided helpful tips about hotel and things I might need. Also responded enthusiastically to all my questions about the city and surrounding.

It was a good last minute stay overnight after a concert. Clise to Ruoff Music Center. About 7 miles away south on 69. But they only had one little bar of soap in the bathroom. No complimentary spampoo and no bath soap.

The back door did not work all the stairs doors Open If there was a fire it would spread rapidly due to doors being open elevators not working properly rugs on all hallways filthy dirty moldy smelly you have some serious violations
