Reservation was for 1 room 2 Queen beds. At check in room assigned was 1 king bed, no sofa. Extremely inconvienent for mother and adult son. Son slept on floor. For a cost of over $700 absolutley inexcusable.

Home away from home.
My second time staying at a Tru by Hilton and it was just as great as the first time. Check in is fast and friendly, staff is extremely helpful. I like the security of keycard only access to the room floors. Thank you for making Tru feel like home away from home.

There is next to nothing at the entrance for area to park and check in, so you may be left waiting on the street. HVAC system didn’t work well, too hot or too cold. Had to pay $30 a night to park in there garage, then needed a half day on Sunday when checking out and they gouged me for another $30 dollars! Wouldn’t stay again. Best thing this place has going for it is their kitchen staff taking care of breakfast.

The hotel was great, Great breakfast options, the gym was great, only issue we had was water pressure in the shower.
