The enormous resort-style backyard supplies endless entertainment options beginning with its crown jewel, a private saltwater pool, and spa. Make the most of the desert heat with days spent splashing in the pool - fenced for the safety of younger guests. Dry off on one of the chaise lounge chairs or enjoy swaying in the breeze in the wicker egg swing. Golf enthusiasts can hone their skills on the adjacent putting green.

When you're ready for lunch and cocktails, head over to the barbecue area on the covered patio. Sizzle up your favorites on the gas grill built into the expansive bar area, along with a mini-fridge and sink. Put an umbrella in your drink and dine at the countertop with ample seating or the outdoor dining table. After your meal, challenge your friends on the petanque court or the giant chess set.

Your private getaway is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac for maximum privacy and quiet. The interior boasts stylish decor and an abundance of natural light. Your group's chef will love the open kitchen illuminated by modern light fixtures and equipped with full-size appliances and fun kitchen gadgets like a waffle iron, espresso machine, coffee grinder, French press, and blender.

Spread out among the home's five bedrooms, including the vibrantly-decorated poolside casita with a sleeping area and half bath.

Settle down for the sunset by the firepit and admire the views of the mountains and adjacent public golf course.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a Ring doorbell at the front door and an active surveillance camera facing the driveway. Two additional cameras on the corner of the casita and the corner of the patio will be covered during all guest stays.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
