Although we were pleasantly surprised by the look of the room and cleanliness, a very strange shower situation made it take a sideways turn. The shower head spread part of the water toward the ceiling in room 419 and then the ceiling paint was falling off/cracking due to the water spurting straight up. We told the evening desk clerk and the morning desk clerk. The hotel was packed I guess as there was no offer to remedy the situation other than the night host stating that a lot of plumbing problems had arisen; the plumber would not be able to immediately address the problem. I told him they needed to fix that fast as it could cause the ceiling to crumble. I hope they find a solution, because otherwise folks might be tempted to stay elsewhere.

This hotel is located in the middle of a shopping center. The walls were very thin lots of noise and music until 4 AM the room did not have a blow dryer or a box of tissues or extra blankets. Bathroom with lacking the normal free Bathroom necessities such as shampoo conditioner body wash. We were disappointed and did not have a restful evening

I had gotten there around 10pm the night of check in and they allowed me to have a late check out at 12 instead of 11 so that was honestly the best part plus the hospitality.
