Amazing service
Our trip was absolutely amazing because of Lucas and Alex. Lucas helped us when we knew we got our checkout time wrong, and he gave us a FREE late check out! We went out at night to get steak and shake, when I walked in my drink carrier broke! I felt so embarrassed and like I had done something wrong, I went up to Lucas and apologized profusely and asked for cleaning supplies to clean it up. Lucas then proceeded to make me feel so much better and tell me not to worry about it and enjoy my stay, he was so understanding. We had a suite for 5 people and we all needed to shower but the shower wouldn’t drain after the first person showering, Lucas and Alex then offered us a free room to shower in for our comfort, then to apologize for the inconvenience they gave me a free Ice cream cone to help me feel better. Definitely the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to six flags. Lucas and Alex are the best employees and deserve a raise.

I was there for 5 days 4 nights and I could NOT sleep during the night due to the washing machine running at 2am and 4am. I have videos of the machines running and how loud they were. They woke me up EVERY TIME and I COULDNT sleep well. There were also STAINS on the bed sheets which I had to remove on my own. Overall very unhappy with my experience.

Great and comfortable stay!
Room was great, but it was the first room from back door entrance, lots of guess coming in and out, a bit noisy. Next time will prefer another room on the upper floors.

Pros: The staff was very polite and addressed any issue presented. The food was nice. Pool and weight room were convenient. The location of hotel was convenient to all our traveling needs. Cons: The sheets were not clean or appear to be clean. After we asked for a replacement, the next comforter we received had a hole in it. The tall standing mirror in the bedroom was dirty. The walls in the hotel are super thin. You can hear full conversations of people in the hallways and other rooms.

Not Worth It if Needed for Sleep
Stay was unpleasant to say the least. Housekeeping services are offered daily but my room, for some reason, was never serviced, even after going to the front desk to request it, two days in a row. Housekeeping finally came the morning of check out, which defeats the purpose. Further, the quiet hours aren’t respected. I had to turn the A/C on blasts in order to actually minimize the noice of our next fort neighbors, which meant I had to freeze to rest. Complained the second night but didn’t bother to say anything the third night. Further, I had to go to the lobby when I needed something because we had no working phone. I had to take out my own garbage and go to the front desk to get fresh towels because we were not provided with housekeeping services. I’d probably never stay there again. Overpriced for basically nothing… I recommend the hotel if you will not need to sleep/rest much and if you’re willing to service your own room and don’t mind not receiving certain niceties. Luckily I am very neat and clean or I’d be really upset for not receiving the housekeeping services.
