Upon arrival and check-in, we received our room key. We went to our room to discover the housekeeper still in the room and cleaning. It was another 20-30 minutes before our room was ready. There was hair in the shower, on the walls. Please note - if you are driving, you must reserve a parking space ahead of time. This was not mentioned by Hotels.com. When we arrived, there were no spots available as the hotel only has a total of 9 spaces. We had to park in a nearby garage, which was very difficult to figure out where to go (how to get in/out). You exit out of the garage into a shopping mall. It took us 15 minutes to figure out how to get back to the car. Overall location was fine.

Location was excellent!! Hotel lobby was pretty nice. Rooms were nice. However my shower didn’t drain. Flooded to room with water. I notified staff, the next day it still flooded. Basically you could run the water for 3 minutes before the water started flooding into the main living area (weird design shower and room) For a 4 star hotel the shower should drain properly.

Great hotel and location
Great hotel in the heart of the city close to major landmarks and transportation. Reception was kind enough to provide with a free ticket valid for the duration of my stay on all public transportation. My only issue was the extreme loud level of noise coming from the street in the middle of the night. Being super jetlagged I wanted to rest but a truck was fixing the road between 4am and 9am. Not the hotel’s fault, but quite terrible.
