The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The staff at check in desk were very kind and helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the sheets were very soft. We slept very well!

Walls are extremely thin. Friend could hear person on one side going to the bathroom. The other side had multiple child screaming into the late night and up way too early for my vaca. Then heard things dragging around above us. Definitely not worth $500 a nite-not again

Not being able to put my deposit on the same card as the reservations which was also my form of payment was an inconvenience. It just doesn't make since that the payment for the room could be put on that card but the deposit couldn't which was cheaper then the price of the room. So if there was any prevention of any unauthorized charges you would think you guys would be more concerned about the higher price for the room more then the extremely cheaper price of the deposit. And to not be able to receive a receipt for any of the charges as you're checking out is just un heard of. Usually in the world of today a receipt is something you always receive from a place of business where a transaction was committed.

I booked this hotel for my family to escape Hurricane Helene while I stayed and worked the emergency command center. They said they enjoyed the stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean. My mom said she wants me to book this hotel again for her leisure trip lol.
