Staff were very friendly and helped us with some accommodations. We were centrally located so using the train was a breeze. Our final morning we left early and the staff packed us a breakfast to go the night before. Would stay again if we ever come back.

It had great views of the surrounding mountains and it was an easy walk to the train station which made travel super easy. The staff was also incredibly friendly. And I loved the eggs with silly drawings on them at breakfast!

Good stay at Interlaken
It was great place specially location from all restaurants and shops. Staff at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem at all except rooms were hot and they canā€™t turn on cooling until summer season start. We have to sleep with open window.

Very clean and neat. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient. Good breakfast. Pool is nice amenity and very clean. I used it a lot but it was otherwise rarely used during my four night stay.

I'd stay again
I didn't ask much of the staff other than for dining options. All staff spoke enough English to get me by. Friendly and accommodating. Room was small, but clean and had a balcony. Good hot water with good pressure. Good location close to shopping and eating, but far enough away to be very quiet and safe.

Good hotel just a little off the main strip, so quieter but still super easy to walk everywhere. Staff were great, especially in reception and the breakfast area. Great breakfast with good variety. Rooms were fine, with a balcony and view which was nice. Would stay here again if in Interlaken.

The location was great. The room seems its wear and tear. Overall the room was good but when there are no AC in the hotel, it was a bit difficult to sleep at night. The staffs were wonderful and extremely helpful and insightful. Would recommend this hotel
