What sets this apart from many rentals is that it is a beautiful, secluded mountain home built by my father, a Master Craftsman and woodworker. 12-acre property with/ 1.5 acres of lawns, gardens surrounding the house, and stunning mountain views. Year-round Jacuzzi, hardwood floors & custom woodwork throughout. Large Living room & Library with full wall granite fireplace, picture windows viewing Cathedral Ledge & Moat Mt. Range, five HD flat-screen TVs, all Roku equipped, Broadband Wi-Fi, 275 sq. ft. deck & separate screened 3 season porch, Charcoal grill (Memorial Day through Columbus Day). Hiking & Nordic skiing trails on our 16-acre family conservation easement are accessible directly from the property w/o driving. Home includes first-floor bedroom w/ ADA compliant exterior entrance ramp & customized bathroom & shower. Very family friendly; full-size crib, pack-n-play, high chairs, games & puzzles for all ages. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded, but unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable! Family weekend getaway
Our whole family from great grandparents down to the kids enjoyed an amazing weekend. Neil was so easy to work with. The house is spotless and well stocked. The grounds and views were perfect for pictures and relaxing. Location couldn’t be better. So close to all the attractions of North Conway yet so quiet to retreat back to while relaxing in the hot tub at night. Plenty of room to be together and have your space too. There is a well stocked playroom for little ones to enjoy which was just right for us. We look forward to returning again.

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. We were in town for a funeral but the house provided us with a fantastic space to spend time with family, share stories by the fire pit and relax and enjoy meals together while looking at the beautiful scenery. The property has lots of hiking trails and really just everything you will need. Neill was also fantastic!

I recently stayed at this property with my family, a mix of adults and children ages 1-7. We had the best time!! The house was perfect- so much space for everyone to sleep, play etc and everything was very clean. The yard is beautiful and the kids loved running around, exploring and making s’mores! We would definitely visit again.

Perfect house for a two-family vacation!
This beautiful, well-maintained house was even nicer than the listing. All 6 bedrooms were comfortable and functional, with nice beds, clean linens and curtains on windows to prevent early morning toddler wake-ups. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, pantry essentials, pots and pans, plates and silverware. There was even a sunroom filled with toys that kept the three children under 5 occupied for hours! We stayed here during a heatwave and the air-conditioning plus numerous fans did a great job keeping the house comfortable even in 90 degree heat. The location could not be better - it was an easy drive to Diana's baths for a fun morning "hike" and swim and also an easy drive to Story Land.

Mothers Day Weekend Get Away!
We had a wonderful weekend at the Osgood home for a weekend of relaxation on Mothers Day weekend. Great location for us to explore downtown North Conway , the Outlet shops and a trek to Diana's baths. We had planned on taking a walk on the property trail bit found a sign that indicated a Mama Bear and her cubs had been sighted along the trail. We decided to leave her to her mothers day weekend.

Great house. Very clean, beautiful scenery and well appointed. Owner obviously tries to think of everything you'll need, right down to labeled kitchen drawers and extra toiletries in the bathrooms (Having forgotten my toothbrush, it was great to see one provided). We highly enjoyed our stay.

Friends mountain getaway
We are a group of 6 middle aged couples that spent 4 nights in January at this house for the purpose of skiing, hiking, cooking and relaxing. This was our second time here and the location is perfect with Mt Cranmore , Attitash and a few others right nearby. Having the 6 bedrooms was a perfect arrangement for us and there are great common areas for a group to hang out and private places if you needed some alone time. The house was well equipped with cookware and and the table setting allowed all 12 of us to dine together. We loved hanging out around the fireplace and hiking the nature preserve surrounding the house. Small problem with the lock access when we first arrived, but the owner response was quick and the issue resolved. Definitely book to stay at this comfortable and welcoming place; the price is right, the on line description is 100% accurate and don’t forget to pack your bathing suit for the hot tub .

Family Fun in New Hampshire
Although the weather didn’t cooperate for much skiing, we were able to enjoy family time together doing puzzles, relaxing in the hot tub, visiting a number of the North Conway shops and the movie theater. The house and property are beautiful. The location is ideal for skiing and other winter outdoor activities. Neill was an excellent host and made himself available for anything we needed. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful and quiet getaway.

We really enjoyed the property. There was a great deal of nostalgia from the décor, rotary phone, record player, cookbooks from the 30s to the typed, yes from a typewriter, phone list in the kitchen that must have 30 years old. Neill was a great host and we really appreciated him sharing his childhood home with us. The view was wonderful and very peaceful.
