Serene, comfortable and laidback, Bundjil Beach House is generous house! With 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, large office space and a beautiful kitchen overlooking the outdoor dining and pizza oven area. The house is all on one level and full linen is provided for your comfort. Being pet friendly means all the family can come too! (please see our pet policy)

This holiday house is managed by The Beach House People and is short stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council and governed by Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002. We are available by phone and email.

The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam/junk folder for information and instructions about your booking. Christmas week and January is a 3pm check in only.

On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport ID in the online check in process before we can release the lock box code to you.
The house is pet and family friendly but please be respectful of neighbours. Dogs are not to be left unattended inside the house and please do not leave pets outside for more than a couple of hours. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor your pets and pick up dog waste from the garden. If we have to pick up after your dog there is an immediate $100 fine as cleaners so not go outside and we often have young kids playing the garden - thanks for your consideration.
