Family fun!!
Great property for family get together and celebrations located close to University of Iowa East side. The house is very well stocked and clean with lots of thoughtful and homey extras. Plenty of area to visit with friends and family while enjoying the outside patio and fire pit. Host is amazing.

We stayed over Christmas with our 3 grown children and 2 dogs. Nick was an exceptionally responsive host. We had plenty of room and were close to downtown as well as the hospital. The neighborhood was great for walks with the dogs.

We stayed here to attend the West homecoming game. The property was very close to the high school. The home was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the outside spaces, back deck and front patio. Beds were comfortable and area was quiet at night. The home met are needs perfectly, we would stay here again.
