Room was good, very big and clean, had a room with a kitchenette but there was absolutely nothing in it, and they didn’t have anything to offer either. Cleaning staff was friendly and check in was quick. Was convenient to have the casino for a drink and food but outside of that there wasn’t much offered. Overall though we had a good stay and would consider going back

Hotel was average. Beds were big and comfy but bathroom was outdated and floor tiles in shower grubby and worn. Also quite a noisy hotel with lots of cars and motorbimes and general traffic noise coming from outside.

I loved the pool and hot tub area, access to the casino and the restaurant. The room I was in was close to the elevator and I heard noise all night. The room was also not stocked with extra blankets and the pillows were hard as rocks. The bed was comfy though.

We loved the housekeeping staff. Travelling with 2 children they asked if we needed a room touch up ...towels etc. We did. We told them the time we would leave in the morning and they came to refresh our rooms. Alex did our checkin he was wonderful and wished us an excellent time.

I stayed at the casino hotel after attending an event here. It was so convenient to just be able to walk across the pedway and be at my room. I didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub due to time constraints, but they looked lovely.
