Less expensive for a reason
The price was less expensive than other hotels in the area but the facility was very run down. However, it was clean. The breakfast that is included is a packaged granola bar/muffin that is set out in the lobby. There was a lot of garbage around hotel. Front desk staff do not seem to be consistent or know what to do. I witnessed several people complaining to front office staff. If you want any items in your room such as cups, coffee maker, soap, pans, forks, etc., you need to request them and pick them up at the front desk.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this place. The room was disgustingly dirty. The shower was out of order, the toilet leaked constantly, leaving a perpetually wet floor. The sink was also nonfunctional, covered in soap scum. To top it off, there were leftover male hair shavings scattered on the counter. I took photos to prove that I am not exaggerating. Oh, and there are no towels! The front desk clerk was great tho!

There were so many things wrong with this hotel. It looked very run down, furniture in the room was dirty or falling apart, we were assigned a room but then when I got to that room someone was already in there so I had to return to the office for another room. Was extremely underwhelmed by this property and would never stay here again.

Hotel room very outdated, my room floor was not clean and sand all over the place, No phone service available I went down to the 6×6 ft check in office asked that my room is not clean, the recipient didn't have other option , no shampoo ,conditioner, body wash were available, she nicely hand me 3 small bottle to work with. I had to map the floor with the towel twice before I get to bed. My Son had soccer tournament at great park and thought this hotel is close by to the park, but unfortunately appeared that I waste my moneys for hotel thats not really worth it.. I will not recommend this hotel for any guests, i usually dont write any review, but i feel that i have to do it for other people

I was approached by 2 male residents placed by construction company they worked for. Feeling ill from heat stroke, i panicked and failed to check in. Did not trust their offering to move my VW Van, get in and drive it. Managed to exit property to.go to Saddleback Medical Center; booked at 8hr wait time.

Probably our worst hotel experience ever
The facilities were so so, but the place wasn’t clean at all and they left us with no towels! There was food stain on the counter, grease on the nightstand, stains on the floor, and the floor was wet. When told the desk about it they said “sorry, we only have one house keeper here tower. The room was really cheap (I guess you get what you pay for), but maybe they should raise the price and hire more staff. Never again!!!

Nice location, but understaffed
The front desk people went above and beyond. The cleaning crew however, are doing a poor job doing their actual job. I took all the towels I could find in my hotel room and went around and cleaned the entire floor in my hotel because the entire floor was sticky and incredibly dirty. The real problem lies with the owner of this particular business in Irvine. He’s understaffed and I heard from the workers he mistreats his employees due to his policies.

Unfortunately, they were short staffed and rooms were being checkin dirty. Ours had hair in fridge, tub and a disposal razor left on tub side. The main lobby smelled horribly of cigarette smoke even though the whole city is nonsmoking.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!
Got room for my Daughter and 2 Grands 4 & 1. At 9pm check in the Front desks greeting was the hotel is not like the photos and very dated. She had a king size bed with sofa sleeper and they said the sofa might not have a mattress. My daughter could not find the room as numbers were not clearly posted. She tried the room key which turned green several times the door seemed locked from the inside. There was a homeless lady right outside the room window with all her bags and said someone with 2 dogs was possibly in the room already! It was super late and she was very scared so she called her husband balling and simply left and went to another hotel. Since I was unaware and paid for this room I called the hotel for a refund the very next day and they would not honor the refund. I will be contacting the owner, Irvine Police Dept and the City of Irvine as this was an unfair and unsafe situation for my family. If I don’t receive a refund I will NEVER use Hotels.com again!!
