Shower in room was not working properly. Was told no management works on weekends which isn’t true and no maintenance. Tried to call back after stay to speak to manager and was not nice. Places on hold several times without notification or asking.

The room was cleaned and nice. When I first used the bathroom the toilet was making a crazy sound and I messaged the front desk and they sent someone within mins and got it fixed and when I came back they even gave me a little sorry bag which I thought was very sweet. The bed its self wasn’t the most comfortable but was fine. I only stayed for 2 days for a class near by so I couldn’t use much of the amenities but I would say the breakfast was very mid and would be better not spending the 15 bucks to get breakfast and grab something near or bring food yourself. Overall the hotel staff were very nice and room was good
