We booked a suite for six people, and when we went into our room, there was already someone in there. The manager did her best to find out what happened, but they couldn't figure it out. Fortunately, they found us a room to hang out in and ended up getting us another room for free. Although it would have been nice to have us all in the same room, the sleeping situation ended up being better in the end, and we weren't so crowded. Plus she gave us a free pizza for our troubles. The breakfast was great, and beds were comfy. All worked out!

Like most hotel/motels, the showerheads are ignored and need to be descaled and cleaned. Cleaning staff should make sure that all items are filled such as the tissue holder. There was a tissue box but it was empty.

Hotel appeared to be a bit u restarted for having 3 weddings in town. Pull out bed had no bedding on it or any available in the room. We had to go ask at the front desk for it and it was just sort of “lobbed” at us. When my daughter asked for a couple of pillows as well, she was told by the front desk gal, “I’m busy right now.” She just came back to the room and we got pillows about an hour later. Check out was at 11:00 and we were running a few minutes behind. We were called at 11:06 am and reminded that checkout was at 11:00 and I just felt that was very unprofessional. I do understand the need to get rooms cleaned but a 15-20 minute grace period wouldn’t be unreasonable in my opinion. 6 minutes was a little quick to call us out in my opinion. Either way, it was a one and done night as we were in town for a wedding, there really is t any reason that we would end up back in Isanti, MN.

We had a fabulous wedding weekend with family and friends. The hotel was excellent. Great breakfast and very convenient to the venues. Very clean and comfortable hitel.

I love how clean everything is. I love the design of the entire hotel and the breakfast area. The rooms are very roomy and comfortable. I was able to do work at the desk so that was so helpful. I do wish there was a bathmat available. I didn't read the directions on the towel basket to get towels exchanged by placing the basket in the hallway so that was my fault. I had been working in my room at realized at 11 am that it was time to go. As I got up to leave I got a phone call from the front desk to check in to see if I was able to check out of my room. The phone call was so friendly and a great 'check-in'. I appreciated that since I wasn't paying attention to the time, the call was still so polite and nice!

This was a beautiful property and right off the highway which was nice. Only issues we had were a missing shower curtain and there were holes in our sheets. We would have also liked if breakfast started earlier than 7am on the weekend.
