The bed sheets were stained and absolutely filthy and covered in hair. There is a ledge over the bath which means you can’t shower comfortably if you’re tall. The room smelled so badly of cigarettes - we wanted a non smoking room but they didn’t have any left, but the ashtray had only been emptied and not cleaned so the smell was awful. The room was also freezing with a badly placed heating unit which meant that you had to just put up with the cold or have the heater blowing directly on your face when you slept.

2度目の宿泊です。今回は遠路はるばる車での宿泊でしたが、駅から少し離れてるので、徒歩だと少し時間がかかると思います。 外苑には近いですし、スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。 また伊勢に行く時は利用したいと思います。

トイレの床、洗面の排水に結構な量の毛がありました。 部屋の清掃も隅々までされてなく、ホコリがありました、、、 共用のお風呂も浴槽がヌルヌルしていて、あまり入りたくない感じです。 空調の音、冷蔵庫の音が気になってあまり寝れませんでした。
