This fabulous 6 bedroom with a sleeping den, 4 bath home has been transformed from top to bottom into a vacation oasis. On the outside, new paint, doors, and windows have been added and additional square footage on the ocean side porches now makes for comfortable gathering and relaxing areas.

The first floor features a wood-floored media room with a flat panel TV and Stereo which allows access to the first-floor porch leading to the ocean-side pool.

A guest bedroom with a King bed and flat panel TV and shares a full, Jack & Jill bath with a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and flat panel TV and is oceanfront! This jack n jill bathroom features 2 separate marble-topped vanities and a tiled, walk-in shower. Another ocean-side bedroom has a Queen bed and flat panel TV. The remaining bedroom has a Queen bed and flat panel TV. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a marble top vanity and a tile surround tub/shower combo. The laundry room is conveniently located in the hallway and features full-size appliances.
The second floor boasts spectacular ocean views from the open and airy main living area. The living room is outfitted with a sofa, love seat, and 2 chairs, 46" flat panel TV/DVD/Stereo, gas fireplace, access to the second-floor porch, wood floors and commands the best view of the ocean and beach. The dining room seats 8 and also boasts an amazing ocean view. The kitchen features white cabinets, granite countertops, and a stainless, under-mount sink on the island which has 3 stools. Stainless appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator, smooth top electric range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. A white tile backsplash complements the clean, contemporary look. Another jewel in this home is the primary suite with an en suite bath. This spectacular oceanfront bedroom features a King bed, flat panel TV, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and access to the second-floor porch. The spacious primary bath boasts a fully tiled, walk-in shower with a bench seat and marble-topped vanity.
The third floor consists of a bonus bedroom with 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds, it has a large window overlooking the ocean and a flat-panel TV. It accesses the 2nd-floor full hall bath with a marble top vanity and walk-in shower with a bench seat.
The large, in-ground heated pool with a wrap-around deck offers an oasis for relaxing and sunbathing! The private boardwalk leads you to the award-winning, Isle of Palms white sandy beach.
Pool Heating can be added for an additional fee of $500.00 with one week's advance notice. Note pool heaters change water temperature up to approx 25 degrees.

Pricing & Availability:
Enter arrival dates and departure dates. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees. For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.

--Policy--
When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.

Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.

Travel Insurance:
Management Company offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost-plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.

If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
