Relax with your morning coffee on the spacious screened porch, take long afternoon walks on the neighboring ocean beach, and cool off in the sparkling waters of the community's swimming pool. Recent additions include new twin beds (November 2023), and a new tankless water heater (installed December 2023).

This 1,064-square-foot condo is just a few minutes' walk from the ocean beach, so you'll never be far from swimming, sunbathing, and beautiful views of the shoreline. Take your pick of the Links and Harbor Golf Courses at Wild Dunes, both of which are in the immediate area, or hop in the car for a quick drive to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the downtown area of Isle of Palms four miles west. The Isle of Palms Marina is just over two miles west, and downtown Charleston - full of history and world-class cuisine - is 15 miles inland.

Dock details: The freshwater fishing dock is located at the corner of Lagoon Road and Back Bay Drive.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
