Relaxing stay.
Friendly staff, clean room, everything worked. Walkable to harbor, simple high quality continental breakfast was sweet rolls, cereal, breakfast bars, fruit, coffee/tea, juice, water. If first floor room, will hear footsteps above you. Pleasant afternoon surprise - fresh baked cookies in lobby.

Easy 3 block walk down to Bar Habor shops, restaurants and grocery store. Just a few minutes to drive to the Acadia hiking trail heads. No hot breakfast, but plenty of pastries and dry cereal options--good coffee. Very nice staff. Clean, quiet.

This place actually exceeded our expectations. It looks like the owners are still in the process of making improvements, hence less than 5 stars, but the customer service was amazing. Located toward the outside of the busy city center, everything was still very walkable and very close to Acadia. Would stay here again.

My room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Reception staff was friendly, and very accommodating. Wish there was some hot food available for breakfast. Good selection of coffee, and hot cider was available, too. The Seasider was very conveniently located with Rtes. 3 and 233 right outside the door, making it very easy to get around the island, and going downtown in Bar Harbor. Overall wonderful experience.
