30 km from the prestigious sites of Padirac and Rocamadour and 10 km from Figeac, city of art and history, homeland of Champollion, the gîte du Pech d'Issepts (150 m²) welcomes you. Located 6 km from the national road N 140 (D840) and at the entrance of the village of Pech d'Issepts, you will have all the necessary equipment for a family of 8 people.

This typical Quercynoise house is located in the heart of forests, meadows and hills. Very suitable region for hiking or even cycling, beautiful walks await you! Cool off in the beautiful private swimming pool or soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers. There is no shortage of activities and no excuse for not having a good holiday: bearded, swimming pool, biking, walking, hiking, canoeing , beautiful days in perspective! The pretty exposed beams and natural stone walls make this house the ideal place to unwind in an authentic, quiet place in the heart of the countryside. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison située dans un petit hameau entouré de prairies. Le lieu est très calme, la maison est propre, lumineuse, la piscine ainsi que l’environnement sont bien entretenus. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Côté visites, Saint cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour, Autoire sont à moins d’1h de route et méritent le détour. Pour les marcheurs, un agréable chemin de petite randonnée passe juste devant la maison. Une belle découverte!

Un petit hameau calme et verdoyant où nous avons trouvé une maison avec ses gros murs et ses pierres typiques de la région, ce qui a permis d’avoir de la fraîcheur dans les pièces à vivre. Un séjour très agréable
De très beaux villages à visiter, de belles balades et un temps superbe ce qui fait qu'on a profité de la piscine entre deux escapades. Un hôte très agréable, aidant et disponible. Une maison bien équipée notamment les ustensiles de cuisine, de qualité, ce qui est assez rare. Bref, un agréable séjour qui a pu commencer après les courses car le hameau est à 8 km des commerces mais ça s'organise facilement et ne nous a pas gêné, bien au contraire car il est très plaisant de n'entendre que les bruits des feuilles ds les arbres, les oiseaux et les cloches des vaches au loin. J'ajoute que mon chien a pu gambader en toute sécurité dans le grand jardin clos. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit pour toutes ces bonnes choses! Merci Nicolas

Très belle piscine et belle terrasse ,le seul hic pas de volet pas de clim donc avec les fortes chaleurs c était compliqué... Mais belle piscine et terrasse conviviale. Maison faite pour 6 personnes max Humidité au sous sol dans la chambre et salle de bain . Hôte agréable et très arrangeant.

Maison aux prestations, charmes et avantages indéniables dans un environnement calme et vallonné propice aux randonnées, et nombreuses escapades dans la région; mais aussi au farniente au bord de la piscine. Une chambre et la grande salle de bains, les pièces qui paraissent les plus fraîches de la maison car en rez-de-jardin semi enterré sont dotés d'équipements de circonstances pour y palier.

Région superbe, au calme
Nous avons apprécié la simplicité des rapports avec le gérant et sa gestion. Maison vraiment très agréable à vivre grâce à une terrasse de rêve et une vaste pièce à vivre. La piscine est également très agréable. La propriété et bien sécurisée et idéale pour un chien de taille moyenne. Le site est superbe, Calme, sérénité et randonnées très agréables. Seuls défaut, il n'y a ni Wifi, ni commerces car la localité est très petite et isolée (mais c'est aussi pour ça que c'est bien), pour le moment il y a un peu trop d'humidité au demi sous-sol (1 chambre et salle d'eau). Cela reste une propriété géniale où séjourner, idéale pour ceux qui aiment le calme, visiter une région, se balader à pied...

Het was een leuke reis. Mooi domein met leuk zwembad. Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk. Echt proper was het er wel niet. We sliepen ook in de living. Misschien toch iets voorzien van gordijnen. 'S morgens lig je in de volle zon. Verder was het een zeer leuke vakantie. Gezellig zitten op het grote terras.
