First of all the room was nowhere near the photos shown. The room had only 1 King bed and 1 twin, not 2 twin beds. They didn't move me to a different room when I raised my concern about this and there was no space in the room for another bed to be added. I am very disappointed and feel that I deserve a refund compensation for being placed in a room with such a low standard.

it was okay that easy access to public transportation(5 mins metro and bus) and 15mins walkway to sea-coast, located in a lovely peaceful neighborhood. We had good timing with this benefit while getting around the city for 5 days. The staff was good but not that much helpful, especially when we ask for an iron waited for an hour with nothing came out. Breakfast was okay. The hotel cleanliness can be argued at hardtalk :) For us it was average but they can do better in the food-court, and inside of cupboards. For cheap stay, if you don't have any better options, you can get it through.

Very nice hotel, poor service
The room was beautiful and obviously very new. The decorations were very classy. My only complaint is the staff, they hurried us through, weren't very receptive and when we had a problem in the middle of the night with the AC, they didn't help when wever calied. They said they were busy and would call back in 5 mins, which they never did. The breakfast is way over priced at 17 Euro for nothing very good (from what we could see from the foyer. The hotel is oddly built with all windows facing the front foyer so you can here everything in the front and people's voices echo so bring your ear plugs.

Mon sejour Ć©tait le pire sĆ©jour de ma vie. Ca commence avec des mensonges dans l'annonce et continue avec la personne vraiment tres dĆ©sagrĆ©able, malpoli et menteur a l'accueil. On essaye de vous vendre une autre chambre en disant qu ils voient pas votre rĆ©servation, il y a plus de chambre dans l hĆ“tel et puis par hazard il commence a trouver des chambres libres. J'Ć©tais obligĆ© de contacter une personne de hotel.com pour que je puisse trouver une solution car 22h de soir j'Ć©tais Ć  l'accueil de l'hĆ“tel et la personne disait que il n'y avait pas de rĆ©servation pour moi pourtant j avais tout payĆ© j'avais tous les documents avec moi. Finalement il trouve une chambre Ć  nous donner en disant que une chambre deluxe supĆ©rieure, mes chambres vraiment catastrophique trĆØs bruyant et puis des cigarettes toilettes sales les draps sont mal fait et sale un frigo archaĆÆque qui fait des bruits d'un camion. Claquement de porte toute la nuit les Ć©boueurs Ć  5h du matin comme si il ramasse les poubelles dans ta chambre. Bref si il y a une possibilitĆ© de donner 0 Ć©toile j'aurais donnĆ© 0,3 vraiment c'est un hĆ“tel Ć  Ć©viter absolument
